OUR Design process

 

We handle every part of the design process with care so you can expect increased accuracy and peace of mind once the builders start on your project. Depending on the complexity of your project, the design process can take a month or more and starts at $1500.

PHASE 1: Engagement Call

The engagement call is all about you and your new luxury outdoor living space. In this collaborative environment, we will lay the foundation for your project and build the framework for your new backyard.

Phase 2: The Proposal

Once we agree on the big picture, we’ll dial in on your tailored experience. Look forward to a detailed proposal from the Flōridian team outlining our scope of work and timeline to complete the project.

Phase 3: Development

Once you’re ready to dive into luxury living, you’ll share any adjustments you want to make to the plan and submit your deposits so we can start planning.  This phase brings the project to 90% completion.

 
 

PHASE 4: review

Before we set the final design in stone, we will schedule a virtual meeting to flesh out any new details and review a 2D layout.

Phase 5: Reveal

Finally, we will make any adjustments from the previous stage and create a 3D model. We will also provide a call-out sheet of materials you can use in your construction process with Floridian or any builder of your choice!
