Our team will collaborate with you to flesh out your dream and pick the best materials to suit your lifestyle and budget.

phase 2: prOJECT Proposal

After consideration of the project scope, we will submit a detailed proposal.

Once you’re happy with the proposal, the Flōridian team will then take a deposit for your project, which goes towards the project's total cost.

phase 3: Design development

We bring your vision to life during this phase using an in-house 3D rendering process to save you time and money.

To ensure accuracy for our 3D renderings, we will perform a site visit to your home to take measurements and photos of the construction area.

phase 4: Design Consultation

The design consultation can last longer than the initial consultation as we create a concrete plan for your outdoor kitchen project.

At this stage, we will work together to make any necessary adjustments to the 3D rendering and ensure accuracy.

phase 5: Estimate

Once the Flōridian team has finalized all design aspects for your outdoor kitchen in South Florida, we will start putting together an estimate.

Expect to receive an estimate two weeks after your design consultation. After reviewing the estimate, you can decide to move forward and set up a date for your design reveal.

phase 6: design reveal

Finally, you will receive rendered imagery of your future outdoor kitchen. This is another opportunity to finalize any details and make small adjustments.

Once you’re ready to move forward, you can sign a contract with the Flōridian team and set a date to get started!
